1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer a carefully selected range of sizes designed to grow with you throughout your pregnancy. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for the most accurate fit.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and America. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?

• Australia: Standard 5–7 business days | Express 2–4 business days

• International: Shipping times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days.

4. How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

5. Can I return or exchange an item?
At this time, Wild River Mama & Co does not accept cancellations. Returns, or exchanges are upon inspection, so please choose carefully. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.

6. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before checking out. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Are your items true to size?
Yes – our maternity wear is designed to fit your pre-pregnancy size, with stretchy, supportive fabrics. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for added comfort.

8. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

10. How do I care for my Wild River Mama pieces?
For longevity, we recommend a gentle cold machine wash and air drying. Always check individual care tags for best results.
